Meet the Creator

Founded by Mr. Ganesh Shetty, who was raised in a humble farming family, the journey is deeply rooted in tradition, hard work, and a love for honest food. With over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, he brings a rich understanding of flavors, techniques, and guest expectations. What began as a small venture was driven by a clear and heartfelt vision — to revive heritage South Indian flavours and reintroduce the original Bangalore dosa in its purest, most authentic form. Every dish reflects a commitment to quality, tradition, and the timeless taste of home.
